Herb butter roasted chicken

¼cupButter or margarine, softened
1teaspoonRosemary leaves, crushed
1teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
2eachesTb chopped fresh parsley
1teaspoonMinced fresh garlic

Directions

MAKES: 4 SERVINGS
