Herb butter roasted chicken

| 1 | teaspoon | Rosemary leaves, crushed | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper | 
| 2 | eaches | Tb chopped fresh parsley | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Minced fresh garlic | 
Directions
MAKES: 4 SERVINGS
