Pasta/tuna salad nicoise

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Italian dressing
¼ cup Fresh basil leaves; chopped
2 \N Cloves garlic; minced
¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes; crushed
2 cups Cooked shell pasta; drained
6 ounces Albacore tuna; water-packed, drained and flaked
¾ cup Tomato; diced
½ medium Avocado; diced
¼ cup Red onion; thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Black olives; chopped
4 \N Green leaf lettuce leaves

In a small bowl, combine dressing, basil, garlic, and red pepper flakes; set aside. In a large bowl, combine pasta, tuna, tomato, avocado, red onion, and olives. Add dressing and toss.
