Cabbage and apples

| 2 | tablespoons | Brown Sugar |

| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 | Tart Green Apples; cored and thinly sliced | |
| 1 | small | Head Red Cabbage; coarsely chopped |
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper to taste; stir to mix over moderate heat. Add apple and cabbage, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium. Cover and let simmer until cabbage wilts, about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to coat cabbage with sweet-sour mixture.
