Red cabbage 'n apples

cupReaLemon lemon juice
¼cupFirmly packed light brown sugar
¼cupWater
½teaspoonCaraway seeds
½teaspoonSalt
4cupsShredded red cabbage
2mediumsAll-purpose apples; cored & coarsely cho

Directions

In large saucepan, melt margarine; stir in lemon juice, sugar, water, caraway and salt. Add cabbage and apples; bring to a boil, reduce heat; cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
