⅓ cup | ReaLemon lemon juice |
¼ cup | Firmly packed light brown sugar |
¼ cup | Water |
½ teaspoon | Caraway seeds |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
4 cups | Shredded red cabbage |
2 mediums | All-purpose apples; cored & coarsely cho |
In large saucepan, melt margarine; stir in lemon juice, sugar, water, caraway and salt. Add cabbage and apples; bring to a boil, reduce heat; cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
