Buttermilk corn bread

Yield: 1 Pan

Measure Ingredient
1 Egg
2 cups Buttermilk
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoons Salt
Corn meal

Combine egg, buttermilk and water; add salt and soda. Stir in enough corn meal until of cake batter consistency. Bake at 500 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes in a well greased 10" pan.
