|1 pack||Potatoes, frozen hash browns|
|12 oz. or 3 cups|
|¼ cup||Onion, chopped|
|¼ cup||Pepper, green, chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|1 large||Egg, beaten|
|2 tablespoons||Pimiento, chopped|
|1½ pounds||Beef, ground|
|8 larges||Burger buns, split, toasted|
Sprinkle potatoes with salt. In skillet, combine potatoes, onion, green pepper, oil. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
Combine egg, pimiento, 1½ ts salt, pepper, stir into potato mixture. Ass grd. beef, mix well. Shape meat mixture into 6 patties, about ½ inch thick.
Grill over medium-hot coals for 5 minutes. Turn and grill 3 to 4 minutes more. Serve patties on toasted buns, place pepper ring on top of each, if desired.
