|½ pack||Dry onion soup mix|
|8 \N||Mushrooms; more or less, sliced thin|
|2 \N||Scallions; sliced into rounds|
Bring water and water to boil. Add bulgur. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 20 minutes, until the liquid is all absorbed.
Meanwhile, saute the mushrooms in a little butter or oil. When bulgur is done, mix in the mushrooms and the scallions (the heat of the bulgur will "cook" the scallions). Enjoy. Marcia Bednarcyk ADDRESSES: marcia@...
