Buffalo vegetable platter

Measure Ingredient
12½ pounds Vegetables for deep frying
\N \N Mushrooms, green peppers,
\N \N Zucchini
1½ cup Margarine -- melted
1½ cup Durkee Hot Sauce

Deep Fry Vegetables crisp and brown. Combine melted margarine and Durkee Hot Sauce. Lightly Toss cooked veggies in margarine/hot sauce mixture. Remove immediately so they don't become soggy. Drain on paper towel. Serve immediately with bleu cheese or ranch dip.
