| Mushrooms, green peppers, | ||
| Zucchini | ||
| 1½ | cup | Margarine -- melted | 
| 1½ | cup | Durkee Hot Sauce | 
Directions
Deep Fry Vegetables crisp and brown. Combine melted margarine and Durkee Hot Sauce.  Lightly Toss cooked veggies in margarine/hot sauce mixture. Remove immediately so they don't become soggy. Drain on paper towel. Serve immediately with bleu cheese or ranch dip.
