Microwave vegetable platter

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Broccoli flowerets
1 cup Cauliflower
1 cup Carrot sticks
1 \N Red and green pepper, cut into strips
2 \N Zucchini squash, cut into sticks
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Place broccoli, cauliflower and carrot sticks around the edge of a microwave-proof plate. Place the rest of the vegetables in the center.

Sprinkle with lemon juice and garlic powder. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Let stand 6 minutes before serving. Yield: 6 servings. Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@...
