Vegetable wreath platter

2 | cups | Cherry tomatoes |
Around edge of large round platter fan snow peas with ends touching edge of plate. Arrange cauliflower, broccoli, cucumber and tomatoes on top, leaving space in center to maintain wreath shape. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time. Makes 12 - 14 servings. Note*: Arrange red, green and white vegetables on a wreath of snow peas and place a bowl of your favorite dip in the center. Source: Canadian Living Merry Christmas Cookbook.
