Bruschetta in a classic method

| Cut clove of peeled garlic | ||
| About 1/2 cup very thinly | ||
| Sliced mushrooms -- or | ||
| Roasted eggplant | ||
| Or chopped fresh tomatoes | ||
| Extra virgin olive oil | ||
| Salt and freshly ground | ||
| Black pepper | ||
| Chopped parsley | ||
Directions
Right after toasting, rub the bread with garlic and cover it with mushrooms. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
