119 oz.can white kidney beans drained and rinsed
1cloveGarlic, chopped
3tablespoonsOlive oil
½teaspoonPaprika
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1Italian baguette sliced
1bunchArugula leaves, shredded
1cupRoasted red pepper strips

Directions

Puree beans, garlic, oil and paprika in a food processor or blender.

Season with salt and pepper. Grill baquette slices until golden.
