Bruschetta - country cooking

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Loaf day-old Italian Bread cut in 1/2 inch-thick slices
\N \N Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
\N \N Peppercorns in pepper mill

1. Heat broiler or grill. Toast bread Iic,, on both sides.

2. Arrange toasts in basket. Serve with a bottle of olive oil and pepper mill alongside to season toasts.
