Brownies for diabetics

Ingredients

½cupOleo
3teaspoons(scant) loquid sweetener
2Squares unsweetened chocolate; ( melted )
2Eggs
½teaspoonVanilla
¾cupSifted flour
1teaspoonBaking powder
½cupNuts; ( if desired )

Directions

Cream oleo and sweetener until light and fluffy. Add chocolate beat until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla, Add flour, baking powder and nuts. Beat until smooth. Spread batter in greased 8x8" pan and bake 30 mins.
