4 ounces | Jar Prune Baby Food |
3 \N | Egg Whites |
1 cup | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
½ cup | Flour |
¼ cup | Nuts -- (optional) |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients. Add nuts if desired. Bake about 30 minutes or until springy to touch.
Cool on rack.
Cut into 16 pieces.
Fat, about 0.3 g. per brownie.
