Italian broiled tomatoes

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Large; firm tomatoes
\N \N Dijon mustard
\N \N Salt & pepper
½ cup Italian Seasoned bread crumbs
½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
½ cup Parmesan cheese; grated
6 tablespoons Melted butter

Cut tomatoes in half crosswise. Blot excess moisture from tomatoes with paper towels. Spread mustard over cut side of tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon bread crumb mixture over tomato halves. Place tomatoes in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes. Then broil until lightly browned. Yield: 8 servings.
