Broiled beef steaks with peppers and potatoes

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 eaches Beef top loin steaks cut 1\" thick
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
1 teaspoon Dried rosmary
½ teaspoon Allspice
½ teaspoon Dried thyme
2 larges Baking potatoes - large (do not pare), cut into 8 lengthwise wedges
1 large Red pepper, cut into 8 lengthwise wedges

Place frozen beef top loin steaks on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 4 to 5 inches from heat. Broil first side od steaks 15 minutes; turn steaks. Combine oil, vinegar, garlic salt, rosemary, thyme, and allspice; brush on all sides of potatoes and pepper wedges. Place peppers around steak on broiler pan; broil peppers and second side of steaks 13-15 minutes to desired degree of doneness (rare or medium), adding potatoes to broiler pan during last 5 to 7 minutes of broiling time.
