One pan potatoes and pepper steak

4mediumsPotatoes, sliced 1/4\" thick
Microwaved 6-10 minutes until tender
1poundsLondon broil, thinly sliced
1tablespoonGarlic pepper
2tablespoonsOlive oil
1eachGreen pepper, cut into thin strips

Directions

While potatoes cook, toss beef with garlic pepper and heat oil in large skillet over high heat; add beef and toss 3 minutes. Remove beef. Add green pepper to skillet; toss 3 minutes.
