One pan potatoes and pepper steak

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 mediums Potatoes, sliced 1/4\" thick
\N \N Microwaved 6-10 minutes until tender
1 pounds London broil, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Garlic pepper
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 each Green pepper, cut into thin strips

While potatoes cook, toss beef with garlic pepper and heat oil in large skillet over high heat; add beef and toss 3 minutes. Remove beef. Add green pepper to skillet; toss 3 minutes.
