Broccoli bacon quiche

Ingredients

| 4 | larges | Eggs |
| 1 | cup | Half and half |
| 1 | cup | Grated Swiss cheese |
| 2 | cups | Broccoli flowerets |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Lemon pepper |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cook bacon until crisp, set aside. Beat eggs with cream and cheese. Stir in broccoli, salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper.
Crumble bacon. Stir ½ of crumbled bacon into egg mixture. Pour mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 F for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Top with remaining bacon.
