Broccoli & bacon quiche

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 slices Bacon
⅛ teaspoon Lemon pepper
4 Eggs
1 cup Half and half
1 cup Swiss cheese; grated
2 cups Broccoli flowerettes
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder

Recipe by: Joel Ehrlich <Joel.Ehrlich@...> Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the bacon until crisp. Set aside. Beat the eggs.

Add the cream and cheese. Stir in the broccoli, salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper. Crumble the bacon and stir half of it into the egg mixture. Pour the egg mixture into a well buttered pie plate (9").

Bake until a knife inserted half way between the edge and the center comes out clean (30 to 35 minutes). Top with the remaining bacon.

Allow to cool for several minutes before cutting and serving.
