Breakfast brunch for a bunch

2 | Tomatoes or 10 oz Rotel | |
2 | pounds | Bulk sausage |
1 | cup | Cheddar cheese; shredded |
1 | cup | Mozzarella cheese; shredded |
6 | Eggs | |
1 | cup | Milk |
1 | cup | Flour |
Arrange the potato slices in a large casserole dish. Scatter the onion over the potatoes. Dice the tomatoes and spread them over the onions. Cook the sausage and crumble it over the tomatoes. Sprinkle the cheeses over the sausage. Mix the eggs, milk and flour in a medium bowl. Beat with a whisk until smooth. Pour the mixture over the layers in the casserole. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
