1teaspoonGround cloves
1cupGood bourbon whiskey
3teaspoonsBaking soda; dissolved in
2tablespoonsButtermilk
¼poundsCitron or candied fruit
2poundsChopped pecans
poundsRaisins

Directions

Mix in the order given and drop by half teaspoonfuls on a buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 350° F.
