Boston corn chowder

Ingredients

| 6 | slices | Bacon, diced |
| 440 | grams | Corn kernels (2 small tins) |
| 1 | large | Onion, finely chopped |
| 3 | cups | Chicken stock (750ml) |
| 1 | cup | Cream (250ml) - fresh |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | Bay leaf | |
Directions
1. In a large saucepan, cook onions until soft. 2. Combine all ingredients except bacon & cream. 3. Simmer for 15 minutes. 4.
Meanwhile sautee diced bacon, until cooked 5. Add cream & diced bacon - serve
