2poundsGrouper or any other fish preferred
Salt and Pepper to taste
2tablespoonsButter or margarine
2tablespoonsHot sauce
Juice of 2 lemons; limes or sour oranges
2Onions; sliced

Directions

Place clean and washed fish in cooking pot ¾ cover with water. Add salt and pepper, butter or margarine, hot sauce and lemon juice. Place onions on top of fish and cook over medium heat until fish is tender. Avoid cooking to long as fish will fall apart. Yield: 4 servings. Typed by jazzbel@...
