Polish sauerkraut soup

1Onion -- well browned
1quartSauerkraut -- without the
Juice
2teaspoonsSalt
¼cupCream
1Egg
1tablespoonFlour
¾cupSkim milk

Directions

Cook meat in water until well done. Add onion, sauerkraut and salt. Beat egg. Add flour, milk and cream. Add to soup and bring to boiling point.
