Measure | Ingredient |

12 slices | Bacon |
¼ cup | Mayonnaise |
⅛ teaspoon | Freshly ground pepper |
3 cups | Iceberg lettuce; chopped |
1½ cup | Tomatoes; diced |
4 \N | Burrito-size tortillas; softened |
1. Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels and crumble.
2. Combine mayonnaise and pepper in large bowl. Stir in bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. Fill each of 4 tortillas with a generous 1 cup mixture; fold in sides and roll up.
