Ingredients

1 | pounds | Lean ground beef |
1 | tablespoon | Chili powder |
½ | teaspoon | Cumin |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
4 | Burrito-size tortillas; softened | |
1 | cup | Chopped lettuce |
1 | cup | Diced tomato |
¼ | cup | Sliced green onion |
½ | cup | Salsa |
¼ | cup | Sour cream |
Directions
1. Cook beef, chili powder, cumin and salt in large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up meat with a spoon, 8 to 10 minutes.
2. Fill each tortilla with a generous ½ cup cooked beef mixture. Divide lettuce, tomato and green onion among tortillas. Fold in sides and roll up.
Serve with salsa and sour cream.
NOTES : Here's a meal all rolled up in one! Extra-large tortillas are filled with chili powder-and-cumin-spiked ground beef. Serve with sour cream to tame the heart.
