2 \N | Beef Bouillon Cubes |
Put tomatoes in the blender. Cut the vegetables in pieces and add, then add the bouillon cubes and enough water to fill the container within an inch of the top. Blend on high speed until the vegetables are chopped.
Pour soup into a kettle and simmer about 25 minutes.
