Black bean salad with oranges

Ingredients

½eachRed onion, chopped
½eachRed bell pepper, diced
½eachYellow bell pepper, diced
1teaspoonCumin
2teaspoonsCoriander
Juice of 4 limes
½cupOlive oil
1eachJalapeno pepper, minced
2cupsCooked black beans
1tablespoonCilantro
2eachesOranges, peeled, sectioned

Directions

Combine first nine ingredients in order in large bowl. Toss on beans & oranges. Mix to coat. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
