Nectarine chutney

½cupCider vinegar
4Nectarines, peeled and chopped (up to 5)
1cupRaisins
1Whole lemon, Zest of
1Whole lemon, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2tablespoonsFresh ginger, minced
1largeClove garlic, minced
½teaspoonCurry powder
¼teaspoonCayenne

In a medium, nonreactive saucepan, cook vinegar and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Bring to boil. Add remaining ingredients.

Boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Refrigerate 2 weeks or can. Serve with poultry, pork or ham.
