Black bean chili salad

Ingredients

½teaspoonChili powder
¼teaspoonGround cumin
1Clove garlic; crushed
1cupFrozen whole kernel corn; thawed and drained
1cupJicima; diced
¾cupTomato; seeded and chopped
2Green onions; sliced
¼cupFresh cilantro; chopped
2cansBlack beans; cooked, rinsed and drained

Directions

Combine vinegar, oil, seasonings and garlic in a large glass or plastic bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
