Black bean chili salad

Ingredients

| ½ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
| 1 | Clove garlic; crushed | |
| 1 | cup | Frozen whole kernel corn; thawed and drained |
| 1 | cup | Jicima; diced |
| ¾ | cup | Tomato; seeded and chopped |
| 2 | Green onions; sliced | |
| ¼ | cup | Fresh cilantro; chopped |
| 2 | cans | Black beans; cooked, rinsed and drained |
Directions
Combine vinegar, oil, seasonings and garlic in a large glass or plastic bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
