1 tablespoon | Ree Pepper, ground |
1½ teaspoon | Dry mustard |
1 tablespoon | Salt |
1½ teaspoon | Ginger, ground |
½ teaspoon | Black pepper, ground |
½ teaspoon | White pepper, ground |
½ cup | Brown Sugar, Packed |
¼ cup | Sugar, granulated |
Combine all the ingredients and grind into a powder. For use as an interesting alternative to ordinary rubs.
