Black & blue rub

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Black Mustard Seed
1 tablespoon Black Pepper, cracked
1 tablespoon Ree Pepper, ground
1½ teaspoon Dry mustard
1 tablespoon Salt
1½ teaspoon Ginger, ground
½ teaspoon Black pepper, ground
½ teaspoon White pepper, ground
½ cup Brown Sugar, Packed
¼ cup Sugar, granulated

Combine all the ingredients and grind into a powder. For use as an interesting alternative to ordinary rubs.
