Bit-o-barley stuffing

Measure Ingredient
2½ cup Cooked AM Bit-O-Barley
½ cup Ground raw cashews OR- almonds
1 tablespoon AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Sage
1½ teaspoon Poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon Celery seed (ground with nuts)
3 tablespoons Onion flakes OR- fresh onion, chopped
1 cup Tomato puree
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1½ cup AM Wheat Germ
\N \N Sea salt to taste (optional)

Mix all ingredients and bake in an oiled casserole dish at 350 F. for one hour.
