Bit-o-barley stuffing

Ingredients

| 2½ | cup | Cooked AM Bit-O-Barley |
| ½ | cup | Ground raw cashews OR- almonds |
| 1 | tablespoon | AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sage |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Poultry seasoning |
| 1 | teaspoon | Celery seed (ground with nuts) |
| 3 | tablespoons | Onion flakes OR- fresh onion, chopped |
| 1 | cup | Tomato puree |
| 1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup |
| 1½ | cup | AM Wheat Germ |
| Sea salt to taste (optional) | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients and bake in an oiled casserole dish at 350 F. for one hour.
