Bisquick banana bread

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| ⅓ | cup | Vegetable oil | 
| 1½ | cup | Mashed ripe bananas (about 3 large ones = 1-1/2 cups) | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Vanilla | 
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 2⅓ | cup | Bisquick baking mix | 
| 1 | cup | Sugar | 
| ½ | cup | Chopped nuts | 
Directions
1.  Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2.  Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3-inches, generously. 
3.  Beat all ingredients vigorously with spoon 30 seconds. Pour batter into pan.
4.  Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55-65 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan. 
Makes 1 loaf.
