Yield: 1 Servings
Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
1 cup | Oat flakes |
\N \N | Other cereals (unprocessed; no corn flakes!) |
1 \N | Apple; shredded (there is a special birchermuesli shredder tool; just use the finest you have; as used for carrot salad etc.) |
½ \N | Lemon; juice of |
\N \N | Other fruit (sliced banana; berries; oranges - whatever comes to your mind) |
\N \N | Yoghurt and/or milk |
\N \N | Coarsely ground hazelnuts (if you like it chewy) |
1 tablespoon | Sugar |
Blend all together, let soak for ½ to 3 hours (depends on how you like the oat); sweeten as you like it - the less sugar, the more healthy.
You see, it is a rather Pi.times.wrist recipe, but that's the way B.muesly is done nowadays.
I will find out the original (as recommended by MD. Bircher, the inventor); however, it is probably not what you had in Beijing...
