Biltong salad

Ingredients

| bunch | Lettuce leaves | |
| bunch | Red Butter Lettuce leaves | |
| 9 | ounces | Thin sliced moist Biltong |
| 2 | eaches | Quartered Hard Boiled Eggs |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped Parsley |
| ½ | cup | Bean Sprouts |
| 1 1/16 | cup | Croutons |
Directions
Toss leaves together lightly. Add remaining ingredients except croutons. Add dressing of choice. sprinkle croutons on top.
