3½ ounce | Instant vanilla pudding mix |
¾ cup | Orange juice |
½ cup | Vegetable oil |
4 \N | Eggs |
¼ cup | Vodka |
¼ cup | Galliano liqueur |
1 cup | Powdered sugar |
1 tablespoon | Vodka |
1 tablespoon | Galliano liqueur |
GLAZE
Lightly grease and flour a 10 cup microwave Bundt pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour into prepared pan. Place on an inverted saucer in microwave oven. Microwave at medium high (70%) until wooden pick inserted comes out clean, 12 to 14 minutes. Allow cake to cool 10 to 1 2 minutes. Invert onto serving plate.
Glaze while warm.
Glaze: Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until smooth and drizzle over warm cake.
