Measure Ingredient

11. Measure ⅓ cup of the remaining frosting into bowl and stir in cocoa. If the frosting seems stiff, adda teaspoon water. Place the middle (hamburger) layer on top of the bottom layer. Frost the middle layer with the cocoa-flavored frosting.

12. Place the top (rounded) layer on top of the midle layer. Frost with remaining frosting.

13. Drizzle strawberry preserves around the side of the middle layer to look like catsup.

14. Sprinkle the top of the cake with the toasted sesame seeds.
