Yield: 1 Servings
|1 pounds||Sausage; brown and drain|
|1 cup||Shaved ham or chopped ham|
|2 cups||Grated mozzarella cheese|
Press rolls in bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan sealing edges together. Layer ham, cooked sausage crumbled over rolls, and cheese. Combine milk, eggs, salt and pepper and beat together. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until set and brown on top. Makes a great Sunday brunch with fruit and muffins.
