Best bread machine sourdough

Yield: 999 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Water, warm
1 cup Sourdough Starter
2¼ cup Bread Flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ tablespoon Yeast

Place ingredients in order in bread machine. Makes large loaf in Hitachi. This is the best sourdough for bread machine that I have ever tried. Adapted from recipe of Helen Fleischer.
