| 1 | pounds | Corned beef or roast beef; very small diced |
| 1 | pounds | Potato; very small diced |
| ½ | teaspoon | Fresh garlic; minced |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Kosher salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Onion; very small diced |
Directions
1. add meat & potato in pan with little oil on medium high heat, cook ¾ of the way then add garlic, onion, salt, pepper.
2. Continue cooking until it is golden brown.
