Beef strip stir-fry

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Sandwich steaks, cut into 1 x 2 1/2 in strips
1 medium Onion chopped
1 medium Green peppers, chopped
1 large Tomato, cut into 8 wedges Marinade--
2 teaspoons Soy sauce
2 teaspoons Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Sugar Sauce--
1 cup Water
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
2 tablespoons Catsup
2 tablespoons Sugar

1. Mix marinade well. 2. Marinade beef strips. Prepare sauce. Cut up vegetables. 3. Heat wok. Stir fry beef strips, remove set aside. Stir fry onions and green peppers until crisp. 4. Add sauce to vegetables, bring to a boil. When Sauce thickens add tomatoes wedges and reserved beef strips. Toss to combine. 5. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
