Quick beef and vegetable stir-fry

1Beef; (1-pound) top round steak, thinly sliced
½cupA.1. SWEET & TANGY or Original Steak Sauce
¼cupSoy sauce
tablespoonCornstarch
1tablespoonVegetable oil
1Bag; (16-ounce) frozen mixed vegetables
¾cupCOLLEGE INN Beef Broth

Directions

Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes 1. Mix beef, steak sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch until well coated. Drain beef, reserving steak sauce mixture.

2. Cook and stir beef in hot oil in large skillet for 2 to 3 minutes. Add vegetables, reserved steak sauce mixture and beef broth; heat to a boil.

Reduce heat, simmer 1 minute.
