From: Dot & Tim McChesney <jrjet@...> Date: Mon, 12 Aug 1996 18:37:01 -0700 Brown beef. Add seasonings, water, and sauce. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve on a bed of Fritos. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and avocados, chopped onion, and grated cheese. I thought salsa and sour cream would be good too.
