Basic fat burning soup

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
3largesWhite onions
1largeGreen bell pepper
½largeHead of cabbage
½bunchCelery
½bunchChopped carrots
1can(32 oz) of tomatoes
1packLipton Onion Soup Mix
Seasonings to taste and/or bouillon

Directions

Cut veggies into small pieces, cover with water. Boil fast for ten minutes.

Change to Simmer and continue cooking until veggies are just tender. DO NOT eat just soup alone or you will become under-nourished, follow daily plan.

DO NOT drink alcoholic beverages.
