Barley honey muffins

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Barley flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
¼ cup Canned milk
2 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 \N Eggs
½ cup Brown sugar

Combine milk, oil, honey and vanilla. Add beaten eggs and sugar. Mix well.

Sift dry ingredients and add to wet mixture. Mixture will have consisitency of cookie dough. Place into greased muffin tins. Bake 400 for 20 minutes.

Makes 12 Note: some rasisns or dates may be added to the mixture.
