Barbecue sauce (microwave)

¾ | cup | Catsup |
¼ | cup | Water |
¼ | cup | Cider vinegar |
¼ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
¼ | cup | Firm packed dark brown sugar |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
drop | (few) Tabasco sauce,to taste |
1. Place butter, onion, garlic and green pepper in a deep, 1½- quart heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole and heat in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally. 2. Add remaining ingredients; stir well to combine. 3. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 minutes or until sauce bubbles. Serve over meat or poultry.
