Banana sour cream bars

Yield: 1 Batch

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter
1½ cup Sugar
2 larges Ripe bananas
2 Eggs
¾ cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups (scant) flour
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Soda

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Add sour cream and mix. Add mashed bananas, vanilla and flour. Bake in jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 2) about 30 minutes (check after

20 minutes) at 375 deg. F.
