Baked party ham with bourbon and pineapple

Ingredients

1Ham; 12-14 pound
Whole cloves
½cupDark brown sugar
3cansPineapple chunks with juice; 5 1/4 oz
1cupMarmalade
1cupBourbon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350f. Score ham in diamond pattern and insert cloves in the crossed points and pat brown sugar over top. Place in shallow baking pan and cook for 30 minutes. Heat pineapple, juice and marmalade together over low heat. Remove pan from heat and add bourbon. Baste frequently for 1½ hours.

NOTES : Serve with breads, mustards,etc.
