Baked ham and cheese sandwich

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
16 slices Bread
¾ pounds Ham; sliced
½ pounds Cheese
4 Eggs; beaten
4 cups Milk
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
½ can Milk
½ cup Mushrooms
4 Hard boiled eggs


Remove crust from bread. Place 8 in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Put 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheese on each piece of bread. Put other slice of bread on top.

Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over the sandwiches. Refrigerate overnight. Remove in the morning for several hours before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Pour sauce over sandwiches when serving.
